  Shipping Policy:
  Primo Activewear currently only ships within the United States. Orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority mail with a flat rate of $5.50 getting your goods to you in 2-3 business days. The cost of the flat rate will increase slightly as the weight of your order increases. We also ship via USPS Express Mail offering overnight service. We will make every effort to ship your order within 2 business days after you receive email confirmation. Primo Activewear does not ship to PO boxes. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays; all orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed that following Monday. During the holidays and Sundays, our order processing time may increase. Primo Activewear charges applicable sales tax for orders shipped within Georgia. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.
  Return and Exchange Policy:
  We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card account for any items with which you are not completely satisfied. Items must be returned to Primo Activewear within 14 days of the shipping date - unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition. Primo Activewear cannot refund the shipping charges of returned or exchanged merchandise. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest sending all returns via insured mail for your protection in the event of loss or damage. Should you feel your product is defective, we will accept returns or exchanges within 45 days of the shipping date. Only after evaluation of the damaged goods will Primo Activewear pay for shipping fees to replace the damaged goods with a product of the same value.

  Back Orders:
  If an item or a particular item size is out of stock, you will be notified via email and you will be presented with a series of options. We will give you the date the item will be available, and we will ask if you want to wait for the item. We can ship what is available and wait for the back ordered item, we can issue a gift certificate for future use for that item, or we can issue back a credit to your credit card and close the back order. We will notify you within 48 hours of creating a back-ordered item.
